Located inside Price Tower in Bartlesville, one of Oklahoma’s architectural crown jewels, The Copper Restaurant and Bar is fine dining at its best. Chef Jordan Keen focuses on that unique, fine dining experience but yet makes it, as he says much more approachable, especially when it comes to the menu. The style is new American, which is a mixture of a lot of different cultures. From Indian, Asian and South African and more, the food is created with traditional French culinary training. Every dish is carefully crafted, right down to the way a steak is cooked. The Price Tower does have options when it comes to dining. And you can now dine outdoors at the recently added Plaza.
