From traditional Cajun-Creole cuisine with such choices as muffalettas, po’boys, red beans and rice, gumbo and jambalaya, eating at Lassalle’s New Orleans Deli, makes one feel you are in the Big Easy! The owners are New Orleans natives. They first came to Tulsa in 2005 in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and decided to settle here in 2007. And now they are serving up outstanding food that’s being described as “Great New Orleans cooking.” And apparently their bread pudding is out of this world delicious!
